Want to lose weight, get fit, tone your body and improve your overall well-being?  This 6-week fitness programme, using trampoline techniques with a combination of cardiovascular, aerobic and stretching exercises, is a healthy way to improve your flexibility, posture and stamina.

Don't think this course is just 'jumping up and down' - we incorporate a balance of Pilates, Yoga, Tai'Chi - an hour and a half a week of a combination of bouncing, jumping, jogging, running and skipping on and off the trampoline will help you develop core strength and will work your abs, glutes and thighs!
